Highly effective diesel additive for a longer service life of the DPF, to optimize combustion, reduce soot emissions and clean the fuel system.
The problem
The soot load on filters is particularly high in vehicles that are mainly used for short journeys. Low combustion and exhaust gas temperatures do not lead to complete combustion of the soot and to a high amount of soot in the exhaust gas, which leads to a heavy load on the particulate filter. When driving short distances, particulate filter regeneration is not initiated by the engine control unit due to the driving profile.
DPF Cleaner regenerates clogged particulate filters and reduces soot emissions
The DPF Cleaner ensures the necessary soot burn-off temperature, which guarantees complete soot burn-off even at low exhaust gas temperatures.
DPF Cleaner cleans the soot particle filter
Contaminated soot filters are cleaned within a short time without dismantling while the vehicle is in operation. The service life of the diesel particulate filter is extended.
DPF Cleaner cleans the fuel system
Wagner DPF Cleaner is ideal for short journeys and stop-and-go traffic in the city. Regular use ensures efficient combustion and keeps the injectors and particulate filters clean.
Area of application
WAGNER DPF Cleaner is suitable for all diesel engines with particulate filters, SCR catalytic converters and in modern vehicles with common rail (CDI) and unit injector (TDI) engines and in combination with all diesel particulate filter regeneration systems.
Can also be used in diesel/biodiesel mixtures, pure biodiesel (B100) and vegetable oils.
Dosage
300 ml is sufficient for up to 60 liters of diesel fuel.
Mixing ratio: 1:200
For frequent short journeys, use every 5,000 km. For combined short and long-distance journeys, application should be carried out at least every 10,000 km.
Application/regeneration should not be carried out with less than 20 liters of diesel in the tank.
For vehicles with a mileage of more than 50,000 km, multiple application is advantageous.
