Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:
Domestic delivery (Germany) and to the following countries: EU and Europe.

We calculate the shipping costs according to shipping weight:
Shipping costs per 30 kg package: 6.90 €
From an order value of 75.00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.
Deliveries abroad:
We calculate the shipping costs abroad according to shipping weight:
Shipping by DHL:
Premium shipping up to 26 kg
EU Zone 1: 20.90 €
EU Zone 2: 23.90 €
EU Zone 3: 25.90 €
International shipping up to 26 kg:
Europe Zone 1: 23.90 €
Europe Zone 3: 27.90 €
For orders with a shipping weight over 26 kg, we pack a corresponding number of parcels and charge them according to the above information per parcel.

Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 2-5 days, for deliveries abroad within 6-14 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be sent in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you.In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further details on payment
Payment by invoice is onlypossiblefor registered customers.
The invoice amount must be settled within 14 days when paying by invoice.
When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please note that you are obliged to ensure that there are sufficient funds in your account on the announced date.
If you pay by credit card , your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
