Hypoid gear oil made from high-quality solvent raffinates with well-balanced additives and a balanced combination of active ingredients to prevent wear on the tooth flanks.
Special EP active ingredients prevent wear on the hypoid gear pairings under difficult operating conditions.
It forms a solid oil film that prevents friction between metal surfaces, significantly reduces wear and is therefore ideal for use in passenger car and commercial vehicle rear axles, even under the most difficult operating conditions.
Area of application
WAGNER Hypoid Gear Oil SAE 90 has been developed for use in highly stressed, hypoid-toothed drive axles as well as for bevel and spur gears, steering gears and non-synchronized manual transmissions for which a gear oil according to API GL-5 is prescribed.
