Sustainable protection and cleaning for the entire heating system

The suspended matter contained in heating oil, such as resins, kerosenes and asphalts, can lead to deposits and sludge in the tank and pipes, which can later also be the cause of faults in the combustion system.

WAGNER Heating Oil Additive removes and prevents sooting, which has an insulating effect, and at the same time dissolves existing sludge deposits and incrustations in the tank, removes them via the combustion process and prevents them from forming again. This keeps the filters and nozzles in the heating system clear.

Incomplete combustion of heating oil can also lead to soot deposits in the burners of the boiler. Here too, the deposits are dissolved by the cleaning effect of the heating oil additive. This means that the heat generated can be released into the heating water again unhindered.

The heating oil additive ensures considerably finer and more intensive atomization, which results in significantly improved combustion. Combustion catalysts contained in the additive accelerate the reaction during the combustion of hydrocarbons and oxygen to CO2. This results in a significant improvement in combustion, better energy utilization and thus also a reduction in pollutants in the exhaust gas.

Area of application

WAGNER Heating Oil Additive can be used as a heating oil additive in all heating systems, with the exception of low-sulphur heating oils and oil condensing systems.

If possible, the heating oil additive should be added before refueling with heating oil.
Mixing ratio for new systems 1:3000
Mixing ratio for old systems 1:1000 - 1:2000
A mixing ratio of 1:4000 can be used for soot index 0-1. This results in even greater savings.
