Radiator cleaner for oil-contaminated cooling circuits

Special cleaner for thorough cleaning of oil-contaminated cooling circuit systems and heat exchangers. Removes oily deposits and sludge, e.g. after cylinder head gasket damage.

Non-foaming, highly active surfactant and emulsifier combinations completely dissolve and emulsify existing oil and oil deposits in coolant (or water) - these contaminants are completely rinsed out of the cooling system by draining the liquid.

Application:

Drain the contaminated cooling water and fill the cooling system with water and the radiator cleaner for oil-contaminated circuits.
Allow the engine to warm up and open the heating valve. For optimum cleaning, drive/operate for approx. 15 minutes in the medium speed range, then drain off the fluid. Remove the expansion tank through which the cooling circuit does not flow and clean by hand. If extremely dirty or if necessary, repeat the process.
Then rinse the cooling system thoroughly with clear water and fill according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Can be mixed with all commercially available coolants and antifreeze, sufficient for cooling systems with 5 - 15 liters of cooling water.
For non-oil-related deposits (corrosion, mineral salts, etc.), we recommend using Wagner Radiator Cleaner RC1.
