Radiator cleaner RC1

Standard cleaner for radiator circuits and heat exchangers. Removes corrosion and mineral deposits, limescale and other non-oil-related contamination from cooling circuits and heat exchangers.

Non-foaming, highly active cleaning and dissolving substances infiltrate corrosion and deposits and dissolve them completely in the coolant (or water). By subsequently draining the liquid, these contaminants are completely flushed out of the cooling system.

Application:

Drain the cooling water and fill the cooling system with water and radiator cleaner RC1. Warm up the engine and open the heating valve. After reaching operating temperature, drive/operate for at least 15 minutes in the medium speed range.
The total exposure time should be 24 hours, during which time the vehicle can be driven. Then rinse the cooling system thoroughly twice with clear water and fill according to the manufacturer's instructions. Remove the expansion tank that is not flowing through and clean by hand. Repeat the process in the event of extreme deposits or if necessary.
Caution! Contains acid - do not leave in the system for longer than the recommended 24 hours!
Can be mixed with all commercially available coolants and antifreeze and is sufficient for cooling systems with 5 - 15 liters of cooling water.
In the case of oil-related deposits (e.g. after cylinder head gasket damage), we recommend using Wagner Radiator Cleaner for oil-contaminated radiator circuits.
